Main Street Texarkana is governed by a 13-member volunteer Board of Directors representing a cross-section of the Texarkana community – both the Texas side and the Arkansas side, business and civic.  New members are nominated by the public and board members based on an expressed commitment to revitalizing Downtown Texarkana through the National Main Street Four-Point approach. 

Elections are held in December with staggered terms for 1, 2, or 3-years as determined by MST By-Laws.
